The Tamil Nadu Labour Welfare Board is a statutory Board constituted under the Tamil Nadu Labour Welfare Fund Act 1972 and Rules 1973 and started functioning from 1.4.1975 to extend various Welfare Scheme Benefits to the Organised Labour and their dependents.
